Deborah is a pilot, entrepreneur and strategic advisor whose career sits at the intersection of aviation, aerospace and healthcare. She is the founder of Quantum Leadership Aviation, a platform that uses aviation as a framework for leadership development, and she serves on the Board of Nominations for the National Aviation Hall of Fame, taking part in the selection process for the Class of 2027.

Her operating record runs across both marketing and healthcare technology. She served as CMO at Sirona.tv and VP of Development at TeleMedVIP, and she founded Under the Roof in 1994, a 30,000 sq. ft. home furnishings business in Waynesboro, Virginia that is still trading three decades on. She now advises clients across digital health, aviation and commercial spaceflight on brand positioning, narrative development and digital strategy.

Deborah is a graduate of the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and a member of the Explorers Club. She advises Astrolabe on brand, positioning and communications.
